For starters I must say that Blake is a determined person. That's how he got me! So. If he decides that he does not like a rabbit, it will die. If he decides that he likes it, he will chase it until he catches it so that he can hold it.
It was a quiet moment for a change, and together we walked around the back of the shop. A very tiny and startled something dashed under a truck and I ran to see the little thing. I would have given up even though my first reaction was that I really wanted to hold it; determined he chased it around and under and behind several different vehicles. Then it dashed across the driveway and he ran too. The poor bunny tried hard but soon it was caught. I squealed at the same time as the little thing did. I was worried for it's life because Blake never said a word the whole time, but he carried it over to the shop and sat down. I wanted to hold it but first went to grab the camera.
I did pet it briefly but the poor thing was quite scared and when we relaxed, it snatched the moment and ran. Happy it was free. Free to live life as God created it to do. Free until it gets bigger and not so cute and begins eating someone's garden... but we won't go there! :)
Awww...Bless his heart!!! ;-)
